The land is flat and is landscaped in concrete platforms and other landscaping specific to the activities carried out on the farm; the whole farm demarcated and surrounded by hedges. There are special buildings/ constructions on the farm fit for industrial purpose;
· The land has an area on 49.522 sq. m and is in the property of Satulung Council. The land is conceded under Concession Agreement no. 2274/ 18.05.2006 for a term of 25 years;
